Pastor Pam's first Sunday

The Shared Search Team of The Table and FPC called Rev. Pamela Meilands to serve as our Stated Supply Pastor beginning on January 1, 2024. What a wonderful way to start the New Year! Pastor Pam is an ordained Presbyterian Minister and has served two churches as an Associate before joining us in ministry. Rev. Pamela Meilands has been an ordained PC(USA) pastor for nine years. During that time, she has served churches in Michigan and Pennsylvania. She received her Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2014 and is also a graduate of the music department at The College of New Jersey. She has completed training focused on innovation and the church, has completed the first segment of transitional ministry training, and is currently studying to earn an M.B.A. When not working or studying, Pastor Pam can be found playing Dungeons and Dragons, knitting, or in the pottery studio working with clay. Most recently based in Palmyra, PA, and originally hailing from New Jersey, Rev. Meilands is excited to be moving to Bloomsburg with her cute-but-noisy dachshund named Karl Barkh and to be joining FPC and The Table in ministry.
