God Watches Over Us

Today Victoria Callahan Giger, our seminarian student from Princeton Theological Seminary, talked with the children about John 17:6-19. She shared some mazes with the children. With the first maze, Victoria discussed how the disciples followed Jesus. She explained Jesus' prayer for the disciples asking God to watch over them  because Jesus was going to heaven. With the second maze, the children were reminded that God watches over us as we walk through the paths in our lives. If we take a wrong turn or wander off God's path for us, God will guide us back with help from our pastor, from our teachers, and from our parents. They prayed, "Thank you for walking with us!"
